Unit will be rented for leased spaces from October thru April
Spots will be assigned a move in date and time starting in October and will be removed by a assigned date as they were put in storage starting in April. There will be not entry to the e building once unit is filled and during the winter months.
We suggest taking batteries out and storing them elsewhere. Gas tanks must be near empty. For boats we have a moving dolly available for getting trailer into the storage spot assigned. It is suggest that owner should keep a storage insurance policy on during this period. All rent will be collected at time of moving in.

9' x 24' $65 pr/m - $390 total 6 for months
smaller space for smaller watercraft trailers $30 pr/m - $180 total for 6 months
Motorcycles where available from $25 pr/m - $150 total for 6 months
